I have -d in my .cvsrc already, so this could not be the issue. You say you 
moved files to "test_files" directory. Then why the error message above still 
refer to boost\libs\test\test\? Maybe you have to correct 'test-dir" var in 
Jamfile, or just forgotten to commit something?
