v2: Defines/Undefines using the command-line

Hi,

If I have a bunch of "#ifdef _PROTECT" blocks in my code, what is the
best way to define it or undefine it from the command-line using
boost.build v2?

I'd like to make the setting apply to all the projects and all the
toolsets by simply using the command-line.

I took a look at this page and I'm still a bit unsure about how to
define values from the command line.
