Initial V2 support for the Comeau compiler on Linux and Windows was just
comitted. It was tested to successfully build the "hello" example, but was
not extensively tested for a couple of reasons:
- it's not yet clear how shared libraries are supported on Linux
- the compiler version message is output to stderr, which make the test system
to consider tests as failed.
I'll look at those issues when possible. Feedback from users of Comeau is
