I looks complete enough, but I haven't looked at the details. I'm trying to 
push the next milestone release of V2 out of the door, after which I'll look 
at Boost.Python support for V2, and at this point I'll examine the way V1 
implements test support for Python, how to add the same for V2, and form on 
opinion about the problem.

Sorry that it takes awhile.
