I need to see the content of Jamfile at 

c:\cvstop\femtown\lib\dynamic

I see this: 

added properties:šš<main-target-type>LIB
removedšproperties:šš<main-target-type>OBJ

which suggest that the same file is included in "lib" *and* and "obj" rule.
