Ahh.. never mind.. Just realized the error in my statements... That only
applies to the second stage bjam not bjam0 :-(

It can't really figure out if bjam0 should not be built. But perhaps
building it to a separate directory is not really needed (I was just
being paranoid). So we can likely change the build.sh and build.bat to
only output bjam0 to a bootstrap subdir.
