intel-linux configuration

Hi!

In BB v2, the default command for the intel-linux toolset
(tools/intel-linux.jam) is "icc".

Shouldn't this be "icpc"?

I'm using the intel compiler v8.1 under linux.

I had to override this setting in user-config.jam to stop link
actions from failing due to "undefined references" to c++ library
functions.
