By reverting v2/build/generators.jam and v2/build/type.jam to their
previous versions (77 and 36 respectivly), bjam does not crash and
things work. Therefore, the crash is somewhere in the processing of one
of these updated files :(.

However, the other optimizations appear to be working :).
