bjam rebuild required, Mac testing needed

All V2 users which use CVS version need to update and rebuild bjam. Recent 
optimisation patch required new bjam builtin and was a bit too large to allow 
just checking for builtin presence and using less efficient code. If you get 
errors about CHECK_IF_FILE, it means rebuild is needed.

Also, I'm not sure if bjam now builds on Mac. It builds on Linux and NT, but I 
don't have Mac to test. If anybody could verify, I would be great.
