Give them an inch.. ;-) OK, you now have that option. But only for
build.bat for now. I'll switch over to Linux and do it for build.sh a
bit later.
By the way incremental is somewhat of a misnomer in this case. As the
regular build.jam is simplistic in the way it builds. Even with the
option it will compile all source files if at least one of them needs to
be compiled.
