OK, I finally managed to replicate the problem. I was under the
impression you were working with the 1.32 release. When I switched my
testing to the HEAD CVS state it reproduced. The problem is in recent,
as in right after the release, code that I put in to try and deal with
the headers named the same as directories problem. I put in a quick fix.
But it's really temporary, as that is getting really fixed at the bjam
level soon.
My change to allyourbase.jam fixes it in this case, but likely breaks
other corner cases. But I guess it's better to have the common case work
rather than the the corner cases :-)
