BBv2 tests failing... since when?

It appears that the tests fail, and have been for some time.

cd c:/boost/tools/build/v2/test/
python test_all.py

Everything after this point shows up as a failure. Is anyone else
having the same experience? This happens for me with NT and Cygwin
builds of bjam. I will try Linux shortly.
