I don't know the ins and outs of Python versioning, but I don't
see why you wouldn't use 2.2. I don't use Python as a language,
but I know I've got 2.2 or higher on all my systems, Win32,
RedHat Linux, FC Linux, OS X.
Why does SCons use 1.5.2? I don't think Boost targets older
systems, since it begs a recent C++ compiler.
