I thought this was accomplished in BoostBook with the <libraryname> tag. 
See http://boost.org/doc/html/boostbook/together.html. If this is the 
right way to do it, then QuickBook needs to expose this feature. It 
currently does not.

Let me know if <libraryname> works for you, and I'll add this feature to 
QuickBook.
