Ehm... I always though <implicit-dependency> works for boostbook. Now it turns
out that program_options docs worked only because doxygen copies the
generated file to "."..... and <implicit-dependency> is indeed ignored.
When I first looked at the patch, I though that it would be better to use the
'subvariant.implicit-includes' method, just like builtin.jam does. But that
would require rewriting all generators that use xsltproc, and would be too
large change with little benefit. So, you patch is the best practical
solution. Feel free to commit it.
