[V2] stlport and Duplicate name of actual target issue

Hello,

I have a "Duplicate name of actual target". I provide a little sample 
that reproduce the issue. I really do not understand why there is such 
an issue.

To see the issue just cd to the project2, and then launch bjam.
(I wrote some settings in project-root.jam like path to msvc, stlport 
and so on)

The issue appear only when the slport usage is set in root Jamfile...
