install rule

Hello,

Could someone post a link or brief explanation of how to write an 
install rule for bjam. I would like to be able to invoke bjam 
install --prefix=/foo/bar and have all built libraries copied 
to /foo/bar/lib and all dependent headers copied 
to /foo/bar/include/<some lib>/
