Purpose of BOOST_COMO_STRICT

Hi,

I'm wondering what the exact purpose of BOOST_COMO_STRICT is. I'd like to use it
to produce preprocessor errors when como in strict mode attempts to compile a
source file which includes "windows.h" Will this macro be defined by the build
system on non-windows platforms? Also, does it cover "strict errors" mode as
well as "strict warnings"?
