how to remove the boost header(logo) on HTML page and get better pdf fomat

Hi,

I am using quickbook and boostbook to generate HTML
pages and pdf iles. They are very useful. But I still
have two questions:

1) The HTML pages are about a project. So I want to
remove the "C++ boost" logo and header from the pages.
How can I do that?

2) Compared to the HTML pages, the pdf file I
generated is lack of color. For example there is no
grey background under each c++/python command, and
same there are grid but no colors with table. I am not
sure it should be like that or I have missed
something? Because after running bjam --v2 pdf, I get
pdf files and also some errors (attached below).
