The existing syntax ("using msvc ;") will be supported. After all this 
is still just a prototype.

Gm. I had an impression that it is exactly what 
common.check-init-parameters tries to achieve. :) I'll better open a new 
thread where we will be able to discuss the way 
initialization/autodetection code should be written.

It is big. Sorry. :-) I'm going to rewrite mspsdk-related part as well 
as autodetection/initialization code. I guess you may not do detailed 
review of those parts now. Just catch the idea.
