Boost-Build :

Ok the build-dir was the "key" I needed to unlock the puzzle, after
grep-ing for that and analyzing build_dir.py, I figured out how to do
this.

THANK YOU Phillip for giving me the piece I was missing :)

(build_dir.py appears to be a python program which tests bjam's handling
of the --build-dir argument)
