I remember several requests to support precompiled headers in the list:

The only obstacle we have at the moment is that we didn't agree how to 
name the feature and its values. I remember somebody (maybe even I) 
asked to show how the PCH implemented in compilers other than MSVC and 
Borland but got no reply.
