There are still a couple of things.
1. bjam.exe does not support the rule W32_GETREG on Cygwin. So we have
to enable W32_GETREG on Cygwin or rely on environment/default paths.
2. "C++ Toolkit 2003" does not have corresponding registry keys. I'm not
sure about VC6, but currently the registry check does not work for VC6.
