Andrey, I'm going to start posting review commentary for the docs; I
hope you will try to follow up on my comments. It would be great if
you'd like to work with me and Volodya on editing the actual source of
the documentation in response to these remarks. I would do that by
myself except that I fear that my changes would go silently into the
source without any discussion, we would learn less about what to do,
what should be done, and we'd miss out on valuable contributions from
the list. Therefore I am going to make the remarks here and hope that
we can improve the overall presentation as a team.
