I can do the first round (it's easy to find errors in other's writing than 
avoid same errors myself) and Dave can take a look then.

Ok, when you're done, let me know. Patch to docbook sources will be great, but 
if you don't know docbook, just edit the Wiki, and I'll take it from there.
