wow, I just had exactly the same problem, I kept wondering why it
didn't rebuild properly when I was playing with some jam files....
so if I manually delete the responce files it should update ...
which it does.
Now all I have to do is implements my own Jam file for the boost
installed tree and it might not take a minute or two to start building
... :-)
