There's already the "quietly" modifier on actions. So by default you
don't output the commands for those, and only output them when -d+2 is
specified.

My only note would be to make sure to add an option to shut the output
off. Make uses "-s" for this. That way the non-users, like us, don't
have to look at the output all the time.
