Not a build bug AFAICT, it's Boost.Thread.

Not a Boost.Build bug, but it shows up at least in: Boost.Config, and 
Boost.Regex so it would be John Maddock.

Arrgg... Anyone with cygwin handy can take this. Have others had 
problems building Boost on cygwin?

Not enough info on the bug to do anything about it. And since there's no
