I'd like to thank Reece and Rene for responding so quickly to my request 
for help.

And I'd really like to thank whoever wrote, revised, edited the new 
Boost.Build v2 User Manual. I've wanted to try the Boost Build system 
for a while now but found the documentation to be too opaque. The new 
manual makes it all seem very easy and obvious.
