I haven't tried to reduce the size of the Jamfile -- there are a
considerable number of bbv2 support files that are longer than the
Jamfile I have written. We have about 10 other targets that we build,
and have had no problems in the past surrounding the problem you are
describing. However, this is the first time we have attempted this
sort of build conditionality. Perhaps this specific coding trick only
works with smaller Jamfiles? I wouldn't think that would be a
factor...
