[Boost-build] [V2] Patches for broken Jamfiles.v2

Hi !

The latest updates for Boost.Test and Boost.Filesystem broke the Jamfile.v2 
for those projects 

The attached patch makes them at least compile again ;-)
And contains some improvements for MultiIndex and Regex, too.

Boost.Test: Test:
Remove default_name_check_test.cpp from testsuite, add compile of example 
files like in V1.

Boost.MultiIndex: Test:
Add dependency to Boost.Serialization

Boost.Regex: Build:
Check for icu in lib64 directories. Needed for SuSE 10.0 (32/64 Bit dual 
system with 64bit libs installed in lib64, sigh)

Boost.Test: Test:
Removed auto_unit_* tests.
