Hi Thanks for the book.  Unfortunately I think that everything is different when
using  build Version 2. I managed to get rid of the no toolsets are configured
warning by uncommenting the msvc toolset in  "tools/build/v2/user-config.jam",
but it doesnt mention anything regarding python in there. Whatever... I seem to
be creating pdf files using boostbook , and using quickbook, so I can live with
it I guess.
