[Boost-build] Equivalent to Perforce Jam -g

Hi everyone,

Is there any equivalent to -g (build more recent file instead of first 
one met in jamfile) with Boost.Jam?  I'm using some Boost.Jam features, 
so I would like to avoid switching to Perforce Jam.
