Yet another problem is that all serialization_*_dll tests fail. I just did not 
add the proper <define>s that enable export of the necessary symbols. Fixed 
in CVS now. And program_options*_dll tests did not use BOOST_ALL_DYN_LINK. 
Fixed too.
