[Boost-build] [V2] Running tests verbose?

Building Boost.Regex with the optional Unicode/ICU support disabled.
Please refer to the Boost.Regex documentation for more information
(and if you don't know what ICU is then you probably don't need it).

This doesn't show the output of the test, but I would like to see it when 
running the test manually. Is there a way to force the test output to 
appear the console?
