Whoever regenerated the jamgram.h/jamgram.c files the last time used
bison instead of plain yacc, which means that we now have GPL'd source
in Boost. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP. I realize it doesn't
legally affect usability of Boost source, but it *does* cause major
problems for legal departments evaluating the usability of Boost.
