Is bjam build v1 and "something else" is build v2? Which one should I use?
I'm going to attempt to build bjam from scratch every time if I can (and/or
ship a bjam executable for all platforms with my source). How feasible is
this approach? Does it typically build in less then 2 minutes...or how
long does it take? (I'm looking for a basic time estimate.)
(It sure would be nice if Boost simply built from gnu-make 3.80 or above
like much of the rest of the world does now. Can I read a faq somewhere
bout why it doesn't?)
