[Boost-build] [v2] Mixed end of line encodings

Hi,

Is there a standard line ending for v2/tools jam files?  I find that 
most v2/tools jam files contain unix line endings (LF or \n) but that 
both darwin.jam and intel-win.jam contain Windows (CR LF or \r\n) 
endings.

Which one should I use?
