Boost-Build :

My BOOST_ROOT/boost-build.jam has just one line in it which reads:

boost-build kernel ;

No if statements to do with v1 or v2...Any ideas?

Take a look at BOOST_ROOT/boost-build.jam.

Just remove the V1 part of the if-statement which evaluates the "--v2"
option...
