Well, this is the file it was complaining about.

Was that carriage return in the output, or was it inserted by your
mailer?
What happens when you do:
cmd.exe /Q/C "C:\DOKUME~1\KRISTI~1\LOKALE~1\Temp\jam4288-00.bat"
>From the same directory where bjam was invoked?
