I'd prefer something more flexible in 'user-config.jam', for example a rule,
that is given an absolute path to Jamroot, and has a change to override build
dir only for that project. For example, I have several large project that I
want to build to a special huge drive specifically intended for building
larger projects. But I don't necessary want *every* project to be built
there.
