[Boost-build] Boost.Build M11 RC2 RPMS for Fedora

Hello folks.

I've just produced some RPMS for my Fedora Core 5 system, and it works
like a charm.

Pre-built RPMS and source SRPMS can be found here:

I recommend not trusting me and rebuilding the SRPM. No GPG signatures
there.

bjam is installed as /usr/bin/bjam, and Boost.Build is installed in
/usr/share/boost-build; for some magic reason, things just *work* after
you create $HOME/user-config.jam.
