[Boost-build] gcc and darwin toolsets questions

Hi,

in BBv1 the gcc and darwin toolsets were configured with command line  
options -ftemplate-depth-255 or 256. In BBv2 this was reduced to 100,  
and for this reason now breaks some regression tests for new features  
in the serialization library when being tested with BBv2. Is there a  
deep reason of this change or can one increase the ternplate depth to  
be larger than 100 again?
