I've just built the hello example with como on windows. I had to add como bin 
directory to PATH, add borland bin directory to PATH, and set 
COMO_BCC_INCLUDE directory.

If something does not work for you, please:

  - get current nighly build
  - report the error message you get and your user-config.jam conents
  - report the content of timestamp.txt from nightly build archive
