I could add the feature, as I am working on improving the msvc option
support, WinCE compilation and C++/CLI building. I have an older
version at http://www.reece-dunn.co.uk that doesn't work properly.
I have fixed the issues with it locally and will upload a new version
later this evening. The version I have locally will compile C++/CLI
code (you need to add the <asynchronous-exceptions>on feature).
I will add the native-wide-character feature (defaulting to on for
existing code) to this. I am still working on getting WinCE builds
working properly, although this is independant of the above
change.
There are also some updates to be added by Alexey Pakunov
and Andre Melnikov (apologies if I have gotten their names wrong),
but these (along with my updates) are stalled until Boost 1.34
is released as this is the BBv1-BBv2 changeover release.
