[Boost-build] Disable header scanning

Hi,

is it possible to disable the automatic header file scanning temporarily, 
e.g. for a single bjam invocation?

I very often make small changes in one single .cpp file in the current bjam 
project, so I'd like to make the recompile as fast as possible.
