[Boost-build] [BBv2] Bug: Cannot specify a drive letter in <link-path>

When try to set <link-path>d:/Home/minicomet/lib I get the following error:

The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

Just <link-path>/Home/minicomet/lib works.

The message appears when BB tries to create build directory:

mkdir "bin\msvc-8.0\debug\link-path-d:"

Should <link-path> be a part of output folder at all? I don't see any
practical usage for such behaviour.
