I also like it :). One minor nit... the

+		else
+		{
+                    flags msvc.link .MT $(cond) : $(manifest-tool) -nologo ;
+		}

contains tabs. If you are using Visual Studio (or an editor with similar
functionality, like Scite), you can enable the "view white space"
option -- it is very useful :).
