I was thinking more along the lines of accidentally deleting files, etc. because
I set a wrong option on TortoiseCVS.

I agree that these are important changes, but at the moment I don't know
enough about how branches work in CVS to make sure I haven't messed it
up.

I'll start reading up on this and will let you know when I get this in (hopefully
before the 1.34 release).
