[Boost-build] Error running regression tests with BBv2

Hallo,
I'm trying to run the regression tests with Boost.Build v.2 on Windows 
XP with the Borland compiler, but I get an error. What I'm doing is:
change directory to %BOOST_ROOT%\boost\status
bjam --v2 borland-5.8.2 --dump-tests

I get:
warning: Python location is not configured
warning: the Boost.Python library won't be built
Building Boost.Regex with the optional Unicode/ICU support disabled.
Please refer to the Boost.Regex documentation for more information
(and if you don't know what ICU is then you probably don't need it).
error: Unable to find file or target named
error:     '/boost/python//boost_python'
error: referred from project at
error:     '../libs/python/test'

Am I doing anything wrong?
